Legal & Compliance

With the increasing regulation of the recruitment industry, it is important to work with a partner who has up to date knowledge of recruitment legislation and law. As an organisation we are risk averse and would apply the same approach to your business. elemense has a Legal and Compliance team, headed up by an in-house Solicitor whose role is to keep up to date on current and impending legislation relating to workforce issues. This gives our Account Management teams the ability to offer the advice and current thinking to our clients and are fully insured against all relevant recruitment risks including Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Employers Liability. We also have a Business Continuity Plan that is reviewed regularly to address any changes in processes and how these are recovered in the event of a disaster.
