Case Study - Timesheet Integration with PeopleSoft at Arqiva

Our client was not confident that their Hiring Managers were correctly checking timesheets and following their internal processes correctly. Inconsistencies in the invoicing system were also leading to delayed payments. To overcome this situation the client wished to introduce a more robust timesheet and invoicing system using PeopleSoft.

HR, Finance and elemense met to discuss the technical and financial requirements of the system and agreed to develop a time and attendance system within PeopleSoft. Once developed communications would be sent to hiring managers and contractors to explain the new processes. The project was to have a 2 month lead time.

elemense and the client implemented the new system and carried out a number of test runs before introducing the live system. Once tested communications and a comprehensive FAQ were sent by e-mail to all Hiring Managers and Contractors. Any queries were dealt with and comments were taken in to account.

The new system was successfully implemented on time with minimum disruption for managers and contractors. Subsequent modifications have been introduced to improve the automation of consolidated invoicing.
