VT Group

VT Group is a FTSE 250 company with in excess of 12,000 employees. Having worked with VT Group for more than a decade, our partnership has developed in conjunction with the changing shape of VT Group and the marketplaces in which it operates.

In 2002 the relationship developed into a Managed Service Agreement to supply all contract and permanent staff across the whole of the VT Group. The agreement was re-negotiated in 2005 for a further three years and VT Group's two major joint ventures, Flagship Training and Fleet Support joined the Group Managed Service.

The range of services provided to VT Group has continued to grow with elemense becoming an integral part of the VT Shared Service Centre. This relationship was formalised in January 2010 when elemense and VT group signed a formal RPO deal to cover all group companies.

To ensure that elemense is able to cater for the diverse needs of the Group an effective 2nd Tier supply chain has been developed. 2nd Tier Suppliers predominantly cover finance and administration but also include niche areas such as H&S and HR. All 2nd Tier suppliers are controlled using the elemense RMS web based tracking system.
