History
We have worked with Mouchel for more than a decade. Our relationship commenced when Mouchel and Parkman were 2 separate businesses, our relationship continued when the 2 companies merged. In 2006 elemense progressed from a contingency supplier to a PSL supplier to Mouchel Parkman. Following the success of elemense's performance under the PSL, they were awarded the Master Vendor Contract for Mouchel.
In 2007 Mouchel signed a Master Vendor Contract to supply all contract recruitment and non-technical permanent recruitment. Within the first year of the Master Vendor, elemense filled 698 vacancies in addition brought £1.6m in cashable cost savings, through margin reduction.

Since the commencement of the Master Vendor, elemense have continued to implement the Master Vendor agreement with new acquisitions made by Mouchel, such as HBS and Hedra.
To ensure that elemense is delivering to the diverse needs of Mouchel an effective and varied 2nd Tier supply chain has been developed. 2nd Tier Suppliers support elemense across all skill sets, but predominantly finance and administration, plus niche areas such as H&S, HR and Procurement. All 2nd Tier supplier transactions are managed using a proprietary web based recruitment tool called Inform. elemense strategically manage all 2nd tier suppliers for the Master Vendor Contract with Mouchel, the suppliers have been rationalised from 78 to 43, with no impact on supply capability or quality of service.
In addition to the Master Vendor Agreement, elemense are also a 1st tier supplier on Mouchel's PSL for Permanent Technical recruitment. Since the implementation of the PSL in January 2007, elemense have filled 110 Permanent Technical positions and maintained their Tier 1 status.
