Case Study - Babcock Marine
Babcock were using 55 different agencies on Non-Industrial recruitment and they wanted to rationalise their vendor base, as well as reducing their agency costs. We set up a dedicated 2nd tier agency supply network which is controlled via our own Recruitment Management System. This exercise provided a wide range of benefits including more efficient and effective processes producing better quality staff, faster fill times and reduction in HR and line manager time and involvement. The exercise also achieved rate reduction and rationalisation as well as increasing the adherence to compliance processes, therefore managing risk. Additional hard and soft benefits were also gained from improvements and consolidation in the invoicing and payment processes.
Feedback from all parties demonstrates improvements across the board for the client, the candidate and the supplying agents.
